Our 67th season will run from fall 2025 to spring 2026, and we will continue to present music expressing the full range of forms and artistic styles that you’ve come to expect from us, showcasing both local, regional, and national artists at a variety of venues throughout St. Louis.  Many of the presented artists will also be leading workshops and talks as well.

Advanced tickets will be available through our Eventbrite.  Unless otherwise noted, tickets to all shows are on a sliding scale from $20 – $10, with $10 student entry also available.  If you plan to attend multiple concerts (or plan to bring friends), you can show your support for us by purchasing a season pass.  Tickets will also be available at the door.  However, purchasing your tickets in advance helps us greatly.

For updates and announcements please sign up on our email list, follow us on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

We look forward to seeing you at the show!  – NMC

Tickets and info for our first four concerts:

Irreversible Entanglements

NMC and Pulitzer Arts Foundation present Irreversible Entanglements on Sunday, September 7th.  Offering a considered combination of righteous rage and resonant hopefulness, the quintet of Irreversible Entanglements push the boundaries of free jazz into the modern day landscape of the genre.  The spirit and subject the band channels represents a return to a central tenet of the free jazz sound as it was founded – to be a vehicle for Black liberation.

Please note this event will have 6pm doors and a 7pm concert start time.

Charmaine Lee / Attic Talent

On Saturday, October 11th we will present an evening of improvised electronics and voice by Charmaine Lee (NYC/AUS) amidst her ambitious 50 state tour.  Joining the bill are special guests, Attic Talent (the ongoing duo of bassist Darin Gray and Robert Beatty), who explore surrealistic blends of haunting improvised sound.  More additions to this bill will be announced soon.

Autechre / Mark Broom

NMC and Delmar Hall are excited to announce a Sunday, October 19th St. Louis date to Autechre‘s highly anticipated North American tour.  They have not performed in these territories since 2015, and this tour will see them playing roughly 27 US cities on their upcoming tour (most of which sold out upon announcement).

Please note General Admission tickets for this event are now available through Ticketmaster.  Tickets are $40 in advance / $45 day of show.  We apologize, but NMC Season Passes cannot be used for this event.  To avoid Ticketmaster fees: No fees on cash purchases made at Delmar Hall Box Office once the tickets go on sale to the general public (Monday, 8/18).  Delmar Hall Box Office is open Tuesday and Friday 10a-4p as well as during shows.

Corsano Baiza Watt Trio

The full-blast trio of Mike Watt, Chris Corsano, and Joe Baiza will bring their blend of improvised punk to Off Broadway on Friday, November 14th.  The trio expand the music into something beyond categorization, pulling ideas in from all over the imaginary genre-map, filtered via free jazz’s exploratory fervor.  Special guest DJ to be announced soon.
